Besides of bed rotating, we need to keep the cleanliness of the bed. Keep the bed away from any dirt, dust, or germ. We can use any cotton bed linen since the cotton material can absorb the human’s sweat during the sleeping time so that the bed stays dry and clean. We need to change the bed linen frequently in order to keep the cleanliness of the bed. As an addition, dry the bed under direct sun light once in several weeks so that the bed won’t be too humid and the germ will be run out of the bed.

If your bed is more than 10 years old, it means that you need to change it. At that period, especially if you feel something hurt on your back after waking up, it means that the bed is no longer comfort for your sleep. Change the bed into the new one so that you can get the good quality sleeping again.
