Rattan and wooden based furniture are easy to maintain. Furniture which is based in these materials doesn’t need special and long treatment.

A marketing officer from officer shop which followed IFFINA 2013 Exhibition, an exhibition at JIExpo Jakarta, said that the rattan and wooden based furniture is easy and quite simple to maintain. We only need to dust the furniture’s surface and its quality will remain in good condition.

Moreover, rattan based furniture doesn’t need repainting or special lining. The beauty of rattan or wooden based furniture is on their “old” impression. Meanwhile, rattan based furniture doesn’t need other linings, thanks to melamine coating from the original manufacturing process.

Small treatment, in a period of once a week or once in two weeks for wooden based furniture can be done by polishing.

Meanwhile, for other parts of the furniture, as an example is for the chair cushion, the treatment for original leather cushion is easier than the imitation leather one. The original leather can live longer than the imitation one, which only can exist for three or four years.
